Pros

They have some good designers and I've often been interested in their sales. I can't say anything else positive. I've also seen the same sales they offer on other sites, Ruelala.com, gilt.com, that actually deliver the merchandise and have awesome customer service.

Cons

They have the worst customer service! I honestly thought this was a shady company for a while because no one was responding to me. They didn't ever actually get me the merchandise I ordered. After two months of waiting I canceled my order because they still didn't know where it was. Then, they blamed the problem on Ray-Ban, how long has that company been running succesfully? They blamed it all on other things and never actually helped me get my product. One woman in customer service was intelligent and responsive, everyone else was absolutely horrrible!

Final Thoughts

Not at all worth it! No matter what they have in their boutiques. There are so many better sites like this and it would be worth it to pay full price just to avoid this company!!!

there were no pros in dealing with perfume loft!

Cons

Horrible. I ordered my perfume and one was supposed to come with"elegant evening watch" - Jessica McLintock perfume...the watch came broken, stones from band missing etc. I emailed them to complain and they sent me two nasty emails back, calling me a whiner and telling me they would send me $3 back for the watch and to enjoy my "free watch"...they were horrible and i have never gotten a refund... the worst customer service ever!

Illegal Revenue Charge
Waiting nearly 2 months for order which they claimed has been in their warehouse for over 3 weeks.
No tracking information.
Worst customer service. No direct number to reach company, other then through email.

Final Thoughts

This company is fraudulently charging customers for items that they have not shipped to the customer. A company can NOT charge your credit card until they have shipped the item to you. This is SEC regulation. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Pros

The only apparent pro was that they seemed to have good prices and in stock inventory

Cons

The worst on-line shopping experience of my life! It took speaking with a supervisor to cancel an order that they listed as "in stock" although it was on backorder for 2 months. Then they said it would take up to 30 days for a refund. Then they sent the lights and now want to charge me restocking and return fees.

There are no pros to this site. I have found cheaper stuff elsewhere that didn't take 2 months to be delivered.

Cons

VERY SLOW!!!! It can take 4-8 WEEKS to get your order... I can see clearly that their business model is severely flawed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE despite many attempts.
